Planning for retirement is on the minds of most people today.  You strive for the day that you can wake up in the morning and know you do not have to go to work any longer.  Although you may still go to work, it is a different mindset waking up and knowing that you do not have to go.

To put yourself in the position to be able to retire one day, stop receiving a paycheck, and living off your assets you will need to save wisely specifically towards that goal.  For many, you may find the lion’s share of your investment assets in your 401(k), 403(b), 457, or some other retirement plan through your current employer.  These assets usually need to remain at the provider your employer has chosen to be used for your plan and cannot be moved. This in itself presents challenges to get assistance, from a professional, with their management.

These significant assets that you have accumulated, in many cases, are not being managed optimally and you could benefit from a professional’s input.  These are common things we have heard from our existing clients.  Before now, getting assistance with these assets was something your advisor could do for you but in a rather manual process that was not ideal until now.

We have a technology platform called Retirement By Design that allows us to work with you and manage virtually any retirement account while maintaining it at the current provider.  This platform solves the issue of receiving professional advice on one of your largest assets.

The Retirement By Design platform provides us with all of the same information that you see, or need to know in making investment decisions for your retirement.  We will receive alerts when the plan adds, drops, closes, or make changes to the choices within the plan.  The technology also provides us with the ability to update the allocation, rebalance and know the overall cost of the investment options to you which will allow us to help you manage the expenses with the plan as well.  Retirement By Design solves the issues around getting advice and guidance on the assets that will help you reach your retirement goal.

We would be happy to discuss the Retirement By Design platform with you and how we can help with your retirement plan assets.  Just contact us, Mitlin Financial, at (844) 4-MITLIN x112 to schedule a time to discuss. Be sure to share this article with friends, family, and business acquaintances who might be interested too.  We look forward to helping you, and them, get on the right path and stay there.
