My goal at Mitlin is to create meaningful experiences that demonstrate just how deeply our team cares. I aim to ensure every message reflects the heart and expertise behind what we do. Because personal finance is just that personal and how we communicate that matters.

I believe that financial literacy is essential, especially for the next generation, and I am proud to support Mitlin’s mission of using our platform to educate and uplift through content that connects.

The YouTube Channel The JOYful Money Journey™ hosted by Larry Sprung, CFP® channel reflects my work to expand the reach of our mission of rooting your financial decisions in JOY. I spearhead this project designed to amplify Larry Sprung’s voice; highlighting his gift for educating through storytelling, simplifying complex topics, and connecting with viewers in a way that informs and inspires.

I oversee public relations, including media coverage, podcast guest appearances, and speaking engagements for Larry Sprung. Making sure his message shows up in the right rooms, with the right message, and yes, in the right outfit wardrobe because as much as we love the “What did you do
today that brought you joy?” t-shirt, though they may not always be the most camera-ready
choice for national TV.

I also handle guest selection for the Mitlin Money Mindset® podcast, ensuring we feature voices that deliver meaningful insights, inspire action, and align with our JOY-driven mission.

And yes, I take pride in our swag game because little things can leave a lasting impression.

Beyond the world of personal finance, I am equally committed to mental health advocacy. I co-chair the Keith Milano Memorial Fund at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, a cause deeply personal to me. The fund is named in honor of my brother Keith, who died by suicide in 2004. Since the fund’s inception, we’ve raised more than $1.8 million and touched countless lives through Keith’s story and our ongoing fight to change the conversation around mental health.

If my name and bio haven’t already given it away… I am married to Larry Sprung, founder of Mitlin Financial. Our life is rooted in partnership, purpose, and JOY. We often finish each other’s sentences, and the values that guide our home naturally shine through in the work we are proud to do together. The name ‘Mitlin’ blends the names of my maternal grandfather Mitchell and Larry’s mom, Linda, it was chosen as a reflection of the kind of firm we set out to build: one committed to serving families like yours.

I am fueled by my family; cheering on our boys, laughing over meals, exploring new places, soaking in
life’s everyday JOY and carving out space with Larry for the kind of moments that don’t need a camera
to be unforgettable.
